I'm Donna Hall, the owner of Hot Diggity Dogs — Vancouver's premiere provider of quality puppy training and dog obedience.

Our staff are dedicated dog-lovers, trained in ensuring your dog has a safe and terrific time — whether it's a walk in Vancouver's magnificent Pacific Spirit Park, or a session of puppy class training in our carefully designed centre.

We provide a safe, clean, stress-free, fun environment for your dog.

NEW OUTDOOR CLASS
"AIN'T MISBEHAVIN'"
This is a series of 4 outdoor classes with the goal to teach your dog how to be calm while in the mist of distractions.
Why outside? Self control is taught and we can help teach you to teach your dog! Most dog training starts at home in low distraction areas but in order to really proof a behaviour and teach relax and calm behaviours you must take it outside.
Dates and Times: will vary and classes will run until the fall. Please contact us for more information.
How many dogs? Only 5 dogs per series. Must have level one obedience to join.

Over the past few years, dogs and their human friends across Vancouver have come to rely on Hot Diggity Dogs for the very best in care and obedience training.

There are more dogs then ever before and the expectation to own a well behaved dog is higher then ever before. In order to help dog owners and their dogs meet those expectations, Donna continues to educate herself by attending yearly conferences with the Canadian Association of Professional Pet Dog Trainers of which has been a member for a number of years, as well as the APDT -Association Of Pet Dog Trainers.

Traveling around the country learning from the best and brightest behaviourists and obedience trainers is a real thrill for Donna.

By reading the " Exciting Hot Diggity Dogs News" you will see that Donna has spent a lot of time learning from experienced, and insightful experts. Presenting "Stress and the City Dog" in 2004 and "Dogs In The City" in 2005 were really wonderful experiences and Donna hopes to do more presentations in the future.

August 1st 2005 we moved from our Broadway location to an even larger space dedicated to training your favorite pooch! We have 1600 square feet of training space at the St. James Community Square in the heart of Kitsilano.

It has been our chance to focus on the most critical need for dogs in Vancouver — especially with increased crowding of the city's trails and outdoor areas.

Training is something each of us finds personally deeply rewarding. It's not just the pleasure of seeing a well-trained dog head out the door; it's knowing that the owner now has the skills to keep up the training and build a deeper, richer relationship with their dog. Using positive methods only and focus on communicating with your dog in ways they understand.
